When will I receive my welcome email? I registered on day x and it’s still not here.

If you have successfully registered and received the validation email, you will eventually receive it. you may have to wait for weeks.

Where can I download the Pottermore font?

I don’t have it and it’s not available.

Do people who registered earlier get their email earlier?

No, the emails are sent randomly.

Do you know how we’ll be sorted into houses?

You will have to answer some questions and according to your answers you’ll be sorted in the house you belong to. the questions are designed by Rowling.

Can I be sorted in the house I want?

The sorting questions are designed by Rowling herself. if you don’t trust her on sorting you into the house you really belong to, I don’t see a reason why you want to be sorted at all.

Will we be getting our own wands on pottermore?

of course. you’ll be going to Olivanders. the wand chooses the wizard. there are over 30000 types of wands available on Pottermore which you will gain by answering some questions.

What if i didnt get my verification email?

You’ll have to wait till October because you should have verified your account to be able to enter the beta early.

What special perks we get from early entrance apart from seeing it before everyone else?

it’s a beta. like any other beta site which opens to a limited number of people earlier so they test it, these testers may be asked about their experience and if they encountered any bugs.

When will the second book chapters be available to explore?

in 2012.
